Teleported Into Research Station 57

So I'm still not even entirely sure what happened, but I had just begun a fight at some outpost looking for the scavenger near Mount Selasa when all of a sudden I'm teleported back into the turret room at Station 57? The turbolift was inoperable, and while I was able to send Nix to hit the button to disable the force field, hitting the button did nothing and I was effectively trapped in the turret room. Anyone else ever have something like this or did I find a new and infuriating bug?
