Is the "Kessel Runner Bonus Pack" Uplay/Pre-Order exclusive?

I'm interested into buying the game on Steam. TBH I habe it on Uplay but I want to have it on Steam too. On Uplay I pre ordered the Ultimate Edition and got the pre order "Kessel Runner Bonus Pack" which include Skins for the Ship and the Bike.

From What I see only the "Kessel Runner Character Pack" is included in the Ultimate Edition on Steam.

Would the skins for the ship and bike also unlock if I buy the Ultimate Edition on Steam again or would that be missing when I install and play the game from Steam?

you don't need to buy ultimate on steam for that, you can just buy standard

I want all the dlc and stuff on steam too. Or do all of that activate through uplay because I have it there?

right, it launches through ubiconnect anyway so the dlcs will be there as you already have them there

Are you sure? I cannot imagine that tbh. So if I buy the standard version on Steam I get all the ultimate stuff here too?

yea, that's how i did it for other ubi games

you don't get it *here*, but it requires ubiconnect on steam and it since it links it your ubi account which has the dlcs then you'll be able to play everything in it by launching from steam
