Frame Gen is not working right?

So I just bought a RTX 5070 TI. I upgraded from a 3080. The video settings in game will not allow me to enable frame gen as it is greyed out. If I switch from DLSS to AMD FSR3 it allows me to enable frame gen and is no longer grey, but not when I enable DLSS? What is happening?

*Edit* I will just keep this post here instead of deleting it I guess, but I figured it out. I had HAGS disabled in windows. Once I turned this setting on within the Windows graphics settings and restarted it works! I can now enabled DLSS, and frame Gen. It does look a bit better than AMD FSR3 for sure.

I can't even get past the installation because it keeps giving me b.s. about missing all these DLL files I
(Version.dll, DStorage.Dll, DINPUT8.DLL, Bcrypt.dll, dbghelp.dll)
That might be part of the problem(I had problems the moment I turned on the Frame Gen and haven't been able to play since)
