Thank you for your question.
Would you mind to show us some pictures of the issue to better understand it?
If you are getting to much glow from subtitles or other writing, perhaps you can calibrate you screen/TV?
You should have advanced colour adjustments on your screen's menu. Check a user's manual if needed.
Perhaps try a different display mode on the screen where calibration is different.
Using a 3rd party image sharing website of your choice should allow you to share links with us here that we can use to view any images.
Any trouble, just let us now
This does look a bit too much.
What screen / TV is it? Can you give is the full model, please?
Did you ever try screen glow tests videos on YouTube?
You can check it to see how your screen behaves with contrasting scenes.
Just type "screen test" or "glow test" in YouTube.
Also, are you using Quality or Performance mode in the game on your PS5?
Please check both modes.
Sorry to hear that the issue has persisted. Can you confirm the make/model of the TV you're using please?
Do you know what model Insignia it is?
Many thanks
Out of curiosity have you tried the different display settings available on your TV itself (the ones that change your brightness and contrast)?
Many thanks
We can certainly pass this request and feedback on, however, I cannot make any promises to you.
As this is a PC Steam forum, I would advise you to head to our Star Wars Outlaws Discord Server[discord.com] and post it there.
There are other PS5 users there, perhaps someone will be able to advise you, confirm the issue is in the game or suggest specific TV settings to resolve it.
