/smh, it's the hardest thing for me to swallow about this game and it could have sadly been avoided by giving Kay a stun baton or really ANY type of melee weapon.
#ImmersionAndEscapismNoLongerExistsInGamesBecauseProfitsWon
where in star wars is blaster weapons not literally the basic type of weaponry around where stormtroopers wear armor to protect against a type of weapon that even your basic farm hand doesnt use?
See my comment above
Of course the knock out animations are also awful though...
But just saying Star Wars was never meant to be an alternative realistic universe, the movies have lots of "silly" scenes too.
Stun stick. A swift wack to the back of the head would shock the trooper out cold.
fixed immersion
Proper badasses:
Ripley
Lara Croft
Furiosa (Charlize Theron version)
Leia
Sara Conner
Evelyn (Everything Everywhere All At Once)
Black Widow
Eowyn
Samantha Caine (Long Kiss Goodnight)
Grace Le Domas (Ready or Not)
Juno (The Descent)
Harley Quinn
etc.
Kay Vess is not a proper female badass. It's just so forced and fake.
