And the page in the library does not display the content that should be in the Ultimate Edition.
There are no such problems with other games in Steam and only Ubisoft, as always, distinguished itself.
Moreover, judging by the message thread in Player Support, this is precisely the problem on the Ubisoft side.

Waiting for a fix or refund?
I'm waiting on a fix, Ubisoft acknowledged the issue and is working on it. They don't have an estimated timeframe, but the acknowledgement and the fact they're looking at ways to resolve is way better than it could be.
Since the content shows up in the Ubisoft launcher, I'm hopeful they'll find a fix, though it may take a while.
