STARWARS OUTLAWS
Disapointing to see that it doesn't have character customization and forced ( punt unintentional) to play as a female. I'm not against having female characters in a game it's just that being a male in the real world i would like to be one in a fictional world aswell, for me when playing a first person or third person shooters it's about the immersion with the character especially when you have story cut scenes and it's a bit hard when your character is a female. I'm a long time starwars fan and it kills me not to buy this game.

Yeah, well, this game wasn't made for you (you still have to buy it tho).

I don't mind playing as female characters even if forced to, but the character better looks like nier automata 2B or the stellar blade girl.

So you have to be a female. OK that's what a cam e to fined out. I will spend my money on some other junk that gives me a choice.

Featured games on profile: GTAV, Just Cause 4. I don't see you complaining about the lack of character customization in those games? Or is it only inconvenient when the character-based game doesn't have a male lead?

Just the usual "I'm not sexist, buuut…" arguments to farm some clowns.

Last time I checked those two were not exactly RPGs.

Also GTA5 definitely had more customization options than this one.

This isn't a first-person shooter. Nor is it a shooter.

Far from it.

It's a puzzle-infested, stealth-heavy adventure, with one helluva minigame in Kessel Sabacc.

If you've been a good little boy this year, Santa might bring you a first-person shooter.

Having a preference is one thing and totally valid but acting like it might be unplayable for you now because you can't have different pixels is weird.

If you 'really' want to play it, don't let something so meaningless stop you. All you have to do is decide it's not going to be problem and it won't be. It's that simple.

Hope i didn't offend anyone with this topic, i know it's a touchy subject when talking about gender. For me it's just a personal preference when playing games that i would naturally choose a male character. Thank you to all who have read my topic and have responded with understanding.:steamhappy:

I don't mind playing a female, male or whatever lead. But I like to play a badass that punches little kids, trade slaves, who does not care about the homeless and shot the elderly with a blaster.
I don't want to be 'forced' to play a lawful good avatar in an open world game. Specially as an Outlaw in the Starwars universe.

btw: Han shot first ! (poor Greedo)
