Pleasantly surprised with the positive reviews and 75 Metacritic score?
I heard game was supposed to be crap? From bug-wise to story-wise etc.

What happened to all the naysayers then?

On a personal note I just want a game with Firefly crew vibes, if it comes close to that it's pretty much a must play for me.

Rather than just bash on the game some more, here's why this is actually happening.

This is what is called the "survivor bias".
You can only post a review when you've actually bought the game.
A lot of people have already seen what this game has to offer and opted out from the start.
This effect is strengthened by the fact that it's already been released for a while. People had more time to make an informed choice before buying it on Steam. And people just generally not liking what current day Star Wars has to offer. The result is that all the people posting reviews have been heavily pre-selected to have a positive look on the game. The rest already fell off before the purchasing step of the review process.

People don't know about the game and it's bad -> bad review scores.
People know about the game that it's bad -> low player count.

In this day and age hate is an excellent attention-seeking tool. People like to hate things without justification only because they want to be a part of something, even if it is a hate wagon.

That is false. Several people purchase the game, leave a negative review, and then refund it at the last minute.

You watch any YouTube walkthroughs of this game and you'll know that the "Reviewers" and "journalists" lied to the gamers for this game too.

The game was already out and it absolutely sucked. They released it later on Steam to squeeze the last bit of money out of it before it goes off and dies. So who is buying this game then? The last fans that are left, they're the ones leaving positive reviews.
You could ask the same of Failguard. Absolutely horrible writing, hand-holding in triple quantities (I kid you not), absolute disregard to the lore, inconsistent characters, and on top of that UI color pallete taken from something more akin to Cyberpunk grafted on top of what is supposed to be a high-fantasy setting.

Apparently, out of 9 billions of people, there are still millions who can buy these games and be all cutesy about having the exact stupidly superficial niche they care about at the given moment (and will forget come next month), so that they judge the whole thing as great.

The game is being unfairly attacked. You just have to see that most of the posts are from people who just want to boycott the game. Not only sharing his dislike, but also trying to make people to not even try it.

Personally, I bought it, and although I haven't had much time yet to play, I really liked what I saw.

It is not unfair to attack a game that is ridiculously overpriced, comes bundled with malware, and still requires a UBISLOP account to play.
Anyone that thinks the above is OK, is part of the problem with gaming we currently have.

Well for one im a big star wars fan and wouldnt even consider buying a star wars game or a EA/ubicrap/microsoft game now. Its basically left over bias. Its like how a bad TV show can have rising ratings even though it doesnt improve. It simply causes people to leave then people who are left have no taste so ratings rise.

Name AAA games in last 8 years better than top games 2001-2009.

Was suppose to be crap told you who?

Cause every review I´ve seen it´s basically just "meh", the people who seem to be extremelly negative are the folks that in their thumbails have stuff like "WOKE TRASH", a picture of the female protagonist with googly eyes and then the youtuber with a fake shock face over the thumbail, then the video is 40 minutes of a white male incel going "real woman don´t look like this, real woman don´t move like this, real woman can´t do this physical thing because I´m a slob and I can´t" etc, etc, etc.

So yeah, if you are into aspergold, quartering, that fat guy screaming about FOCKEN PROONOUNS or any of those rage click scammers, certainly the game has being deemed bad. Every other normal youtuber is mostly on "meh", some citing some positives and some negatives, it seems it´s a normal Ubisoft afair, so depending on how much you enjoy those, this one will be similar.

Only 600 people playing this Game on Steam is pretty bad for a so called AAA(A) Star Wars Title. And the reviews are mostly positive here, but no one wants to play it. Sounds pretty fishy to me.

I dont care about grammer the earth is flat. There is no global warming because the earth isnt a globe. Elites are reptilians and cabal of satanists. 911 was a inside job. JFK was assassinated for attempting nuclear disarmament. Nukes also arent real. The moonlanding isnt real.

Name AAA games in last 8 years better than playstation 2's top sellers AAA.

- Red Dead Redemption 2
- Baldur's Gate 3
- God of War
- Elden Ring
- Doom Eternal
- Ghost of Tsushima
- Spider-Man
- Metro Exodus
- Horizon Zero Dawn
- Persona 5
- Titanfall 2

I avoided remakes and remasters, and clearly, you are so wrong, but I do admit that nostalgia is powerful.
