Snowdrop Engine.
Newer version, though, so beware of the chance of the game crashing or causing a total forced system reboot. Windows will do that to prevent damage to software and hardware. Happens in Windows 10 and 11.
Not guaranteed to happen, but there is a risk, since the engine version is very new.

Thankfully it's not Unreal 4 or 5. It's Snowdrop, the same engine which ran The Division and Avatar.

the textures are so washed out it looks like a PS3 game, if we could upscale or mod the shaders, but we can't because all the assets are encrypted. are they really afraid that someone will copy that crap ?
