If yes, remove any mods installed them.
Mods are installed ONLY in 'MyDocuments/BeamNG.Drive' (Or the folder you manually defined if you had).
It could be Steam that corrupted the installation, but let's try one thing at the time.
Try deleting the 'BeamNG.Drive' folder in 'MyDocuments' and try.
If that doesn't work, try:
-Right click BeamNG in the library
-Properties > Local Files > Cache Verify
If that doesn't work, try:
-Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete the 'BeamNG.Drive' folder from 'MyDocuments'
-Delete the 'BeamNG.Drive' folder from Steam/Steamapps/Common (if there is still one)
-Reinstall
Malwarebytes or defender
Can you try to run BeamNG.Drive manually from:
Steam/Steamapps/Common/BeamNG.Drive/Bin32 (or Bin64 if you use a 64bit OS) :)
Also, what is your OS?

It should solve that problem.
Ok, one thing that is worth to try.
Download this:

When you run it, if it ask to UNISTALL or REPAIR, click on UNISTALL. When it's done, re-run it, and install it again.
Then try again to launch from Steam.
