Traffic does not spawn in version 0.35

In version 0.35 when I click on the traffic button in the radial menu the game just keeps loading and never spawns the cars, I downgraded from 0.35 to 0.34 in Windows 7 and everything went back to normal, I tested with mods and without mods and in both options 0.35 did not work, only 0.34. My settings are: Windows 11 Pro, RTX 3060ti, I5 13400F, 16GB Ram DDr5 and a 2Tb Kingston NVME SSD.

Good news, I managed to get car traffic working again by installing a mod called "Advanced Driver Assistance Systems"
