90% of the chances are that it's some external programs trying to mess with BeamNG, but aren't aware of which one yet.. (You know, each computer is different from the other, and that doesn't make things easy to debug, especially when ourself aren't able to reproduce this issue on our computers :|.. )
You can help us gathering data about this issue.
All you have to do is:
- Go to Docuemnts/BeamNG.Drive
- Delete 'cache.0.4.3.0' folder
- Run BeamNG and let it crash
- Go back to Documents/BeamNG.Drive/cache.0.4.3.0
- ZIP the 'crashReports' folder
- Upload it somewhere (mediafire, dropbox, etc)
- Post your link here
Meanwhile
What happens if you try to run the game from:

'And when I deleted the cache and ran the game, it still goes to the black screen (doesn't crash) and the cache folder doesn't reappear.'
If you resize the game window, do you see the menu for a moment or absolutely nothing?
Can you make sure your GPU drivers are up to date? Also, can you try to disable the Steam Overlay perhaps and see if it helps?
there is a guy there who found a temperary solution to get it to work.
it worked for me.. i know its crappy but at least you can play the game.
@nadeox1 yes when i resize the game window i can see the menu for a moment..
