somehow some stuff isnt loading only in usa west coast

the houses doesnt load some poles for the traffic lights/signs/light poles doesnt load and also the whole forest and bushes and the small walls for the drag strips dosent load and the camps thingy at the drag strip dosent load, i need help idk why its not loading
