Reverse to forward
I've been having issues while I'm going in reverse and then try to start going forward again in a lot of vehicles. Not all of them but a lot. What happens from my understanding is it's getting stuck in gear. It won't switch back over to Drive from reverse.

Are you using the 'Automatic Arcade' shifting mode?
In which gear it is getting stuck?
A video showing the problem would probably help.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WkzcddOzydA It's bad quality but it's all I can get at the moment.

I have it in 'arcade shifting mode'. I drive forward, then if I use reverse, it'll not allow me drive forward again. It gets stuck in reverse. It happens on the new STI-G Pigeon and a few other trucks and cars. I've just been using manual to work around that issue for now.

I tried and it works correctly here.

Do you have any mods for the 'Tranmission' (I recall there was a 'Better Automatic' mod around some time ago).
Just to be sure, use SAFE MODE and try to replicate.
If you can't, then a mod was causing that.

Also, make sure you aren't pressing the clutch (not even slightly).

Ok thanks, I'll try it out right now. Also, clutch? I didn't even know there was a clutch button on controller. I don't use kbm, and as far as I know, I haven't set or even seen a clutch button. But I'll give that a try.

I tried loading up the game in safe mode, but it wouldn't start. It says it's running in task manager, but it doesn't load up on my screen. Alt+tab doesn't bring up the window either. I tried just loading up the game normally, and deactivating the mods from within the main menu, but that is taking way too long to load itself. But I'm assuming you're correct that it's something to do with a mod I have installed. One of these day's I'll have to delete them all and start over, because I have a lot and many of them are obsolete the way it is. So I appreciate the help and quick response. I love the game and can't wait to see what you guys have in store for us next. keep up the great work.
