gravel barstow tire textures are broken for me

any time i spawn in the barstow the tires are yelow and have black text on them but i cant get the tires to work any one have ideas

Specifically the "redline" tires on the Roadsport models, right? I think they meant to remove them from the game. They don't even show up in the thumbnails
