Is that a mod? If so, you need to check without mods. That could be a problem with the mod itself.
If it's not a mod, please specify the exact name / configuration as shown in the selector.

And, are you sure it's not some mod doing that?
Checked with all of them disabled?
i tried your configuration and the issue didnt occur, then i re-tried mine and the issue was still there, so it seems to be related to the truck with 2 wheel axle on the rear, and both of my testing were done in safe mode.
That one is meant to be used on configurations with 2 rear axles.
You can see from the Powertrain app that all your power is basically getting lost in the intershaft, which is not connected to anything, as no other axle exists.

Aside that, something is indeed being weird, especially with the reset giving different results.
