Can't zoom in and out when using chase cam and small island time trial glitch.

I'm pretty dang sure I used to be able to change the fov/zoom in and out when using chase cam but it no longer works and small island time-trial mixed stage 2 spawns me in the middle of the ocean, not sure if all the time trials are broken (I haven't tested all of them) but mixed stage 2 definitely is.

The Time Trial issue is confirmed, we will try to fix it for the next hotfix.

As for the camera, are you sure about that camera mode having a zoom in/out ability at all?
Or it was changing the FOV?

Neither the fov function nor the zoom in and out function worked in chase cam, but still do work for orbit, driver, relative and dash; I didn't experiment with top-down or external though.

We checked, and are pretty sure that camera mode never had a Zoom or FOV changing ability like the other cameras. We took note, we might add those later on.
