Game crashing while trying to go back to main menu

lately i've been only playing on the West Coast map, but i've encountered an issue where after pressing esc, then the red little arrow at the bottom, to go back to the main menu, the game gets stuck on the loading screen and then crashes, so far i've cleared the cache and removed most of the mods i had installed, currently i only have the Brake Thermals Minimal and Engine Thermals Minimal by the one and only Nadeox ;)
I've already generated a support id in advance since im not sure what causes this crash and i've failed to reproduce it consistently, i found no relation with cars, location or even time played, my support id is 48708.

Your game logs do not show anything particular about why the crash is happening.
A few lines suggest it could be due the video drivers acting up.
Maybe try to reinstall them, and see if it helps.
I'd also suggest to download and run this tool, to verify your DirectX files, just in case:

That helped a lot, i did a few more tests before messing with the drivers by isolating the programs that could be using gpu acceleration since i couldnt find any events related to driver crashing and i found that the crash only occurs when i have a video on youtube playing in the background on firefox, pausing the video or using google chrome doesnt cause any problems.
