BTCC (British Touring Car Championship) car pack mod idea

Hi, so I'm British and I love cars so it's probably no suprise I really enjoy watching the British Touring Cars. I've had this idea for a while but haven't brought it up until now, so basically I want someone to make a BTCC car pack mod for the ETK K series series, ETK 800 series & Hirochi Sunburst. They must contain real NGTC (Next Generation Touring Car: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Next_Generation_Touring_Car ) specs, have realistic sounds inside and out, have realistic body damage (for example http://www.gettyimages.co.uk/detail/news-photo/may-21st-2017-oulton-park-cheshire-england-dunlop-msa-news-photo/686966682#may-21st-2017-oulton-park-cheshire-england-dunlop-msa-british-touring-picture-id686966682) and you must be able to choose tire compounds in the parts menu.
