Cold start Simulation

There very intresting videos on youtube and they show a vehicle starting for the first time in lets say 30 years. That might be going beyond cold start. Its satisfying to watch and seeing it drive. We could do the same here

In Options > Gameplay there is an option to make the engine temperature start lower (as if cold start)

It does affect the initial engine temperature of a vehicle (when you spawn it)

It doesn't affect the game much.
Well, not as much as the same options for the brakes.
