BeamNG or Motor Town
Motor Town seems to have a lot of activities and I don't know much about BeamNG career mode but I know that overall the feel seems much better on BeamNG. How good is the career mode?

But without mods there is without doubt no way you would be more satisfied playing BeamNG.

I can suggest you only BeamNG at it's current state if you want experience the Damagephysics and tuneability / modability from Cars.

Edit:
So yeah, i would suggest Motor Town over BeamNG if Carreer is the most important thing. and Arcarde is that what you desire.

motor town is much more arcade. there is a decent amount to do. beam is a softbody physics and alot better physics, but the career mode is far from finished. can play and stuff to do, but alot of beam is makin your own scenarios and editing and tuning cars

There is really nothing to do in beam. their career mode is promising, but without a multiplayer version of it, or better race AI, or even some basic off road events the game got really boring real fast. The way the advertisments play I expected there was at least some multiplater, but its some old school 1 screen 2 player something, you need an external launcher mod called beamMP to play multiplayer, but it has this crushing lag that makes multiplayer races impossible. there is also no structured race events so you can basically try to race with a bunch of people trying to just crash into you or modding in some huge blob. I cant say enough about the potential for this game, but I cant say enough about its overall lack of content and playability. Its good for kids youtube videos thats about it.

If you're looking to do career oriented activities, Motor Town or ETS, Bus Sim, etc. might scratch that itch better than BeamNG. There's a bus mode, a few missions, and then the self-input of any roleplays you apply to box trucks and semis (which are in BeamNG), but mostly you will be roleplaying by yourself if you're looking to do jobs in BeamNG. Motortown probably suits what you're looking for unless you're okay with structuring and roleplaying your own gameplay out.
I just got it and still don't know how to label it. Only played a few different scenarios and haven't even set up controls. Got trapped on the side of the road with psycho AI drivers bashing mine with parts falling off. Got dusted on the track. Still haven't tried out the off-road rock climbing and tweaking the parts. Call it a sandbox driving simulator maybe. But it's huge. Many maps, they are still not large enough though, and many different vehicles. It will take a while to run out of new things to try even before worrying about points and time trials.

Let me introduce you to car tuning. That's why I have over 200 hours and am not bored. I don't care about career or multiplayer races, tuning the cars and driving them is a blast, then taking them to the track to improve them is also fun. Give it a shot

Nothing to do??? Best driving sim on the market, nothing even comes close. That's like saying there is nothing to do in RDR2 freeroam.
