I'd recommend a T248 if you have the budget, it's better than a G29 while still being fairly affordable.

T249? I am not familiar with that. Who makes that? Make model and link please?
I'll settle for a you tube video.

Oh sorry, Thrustmaster T248, search it up. Links might not get trough Steam's auto moderation.

go for a direct drive wheel that way you can use the cars/trucks with the intended degrees of rotation. moza or fanatec would be my choices.

The game works well with any common steering wheel, I have a G29 and it works well.
I have t300 and it works like piece of sheat

well, you chose un informed public opinion of bogus thrust master products than logitech.

may be belt driven, doesnt actually make it any better.

really depends on what youre doing. if you want to drift, you really need a quality force feedback setup. for everything else, any wheel is more or less fine. i would also recommend the playstation versions for logitech (g29)

the irony, that you really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dont.

you could pay ten gagabliionz of dollzrs, sell your soul to the devil and sacrafice a virgin to our lord and savior.

wheel will never make you better in video games.

this is a wet dream.

imagine spending over 1000 dollars on a DD w heel for beamNG
I use a thrustmaster TMX force feedback wheel, it is really good ive been using it for years on many games including beam ng, over 120 hrs and not a single complaint, its versatile you can change how much force feedback you want, but one thing is the pedals, its the cheap one plastic poopoo and the wire broke on me easy so if you do get it (around $200 or so dollars) then I would recommend getting a nice footpedal setting to go with it.

I haven't lmao, i've used both Logitech and Thrustmaster products. a T300, T248 or T500 will kick the arse of a G29. You do not know what you're talking about.

I have a G29, but I wouldn't recommend it nowadays. Especially if you can find the T248 on sale.

What does the T248 offer over the G29?

It is much newer, the ffb motors are more powerful so you get more accurate ffb, it comes with fancy pedals. It's also belt driven which is better than what Logitech has. It's definitively worth it if you can find it on sale

Thrustmaster products might last a few weeks before breaking. :p
When it comes to reliability the G29 is leagues ahead of the t48, and that to me is the biggest reason not to buy the t48.

Thrustmaster have a terrible reputation, always have.
