"I have a high end PC" My guy has privated game stats and the only two reviwed games he had the recommended GPU are GTX 1660 (at the highest bc one of his games only requires a 1Gb V-Ram GPU)

A "high end" pc dosent have a HDD my dude. The only time this game took long to install was on my brothers PC (Same internet connection at 300 MBPS but the difference is he has a barracuda HDD and i had a 980 pro SSD. On my PC it took 20 minutes to download and install while on his PC took arround 3 hrs. So either:

You have a bad internet connection

You have an HDD on your "high end" PC
