Dude you literally made 15 posts complaining, yet you never read anyone's reply. Almost everyone gave you fixes and reasons, but you ignored them and went on a Schizo rant about how you didn't have computers in highschool in 1975. Those games that you said were plug and play never got updates, simply because there was no way to add new content without recalling every single cartridge and adding the new content. That's the bonus with new technology, is that you can get new content easily and without paying. If you really were around before computers were a thing, I'd think you would know more about computers than you seem to. People can augment games with modifications, called mods. The downside with these is that when the game updates, the mods won't work as they were designed to work on the previous version. The creators of the mods have to manually go in and redo parts to make it work for the new version. This isn't a quick fix that can be done in 15 minutes. Especially not for the BeamMP mod you seem to have lots of trouble with. It takes the devs weeks to get it to work as they have lives outside of a mod. Especially that mod too, BeamNG doesn't have a native multiplayer, the devs had to figure out how to incorporate it and make it run smoother, which gets almost reset with every version of the game. Re buying a game will not fix problems. Uninstalling then reinstalling can. Devs can't be threatened by "permanently deleting" their game. They got paid for it, what you do with it afterwards only effects you. Uninstalling the game from your library doesn't permanently delete it, it just removes it from your PC. Steam still will have the code saved in the library and you actually still own the game.
