Traffic doesnt spawn after latest update

After the last update I went to the circular menu to spawn traffic, but the traffic is not spawned, only the icon of the clock appeared, and the camera is blocked but you can drive and enter different tabs

I may have found the problem, I had everything not working because of the ADAS mod I downloaded with the Panamera. Make sure you don't have ETK-800 configurations with ADAS.
