how to play with AI cars?

i have over 40h played in this game, but i have never played with other AI cars. like the traffic or racing against AI. i only played freeroam and drove as the only person on the map.

how can i play with AI cars? is it freeroam or something else? id like traffic in the UTAH map or race against on some track

if you go to to the circle menu u can pick ai select ai traffic and done
