Very Low Framerate

I don't know why, but my beamng is running really badly for some reason, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, deleted all my repo mods, and after all that, my framerate is still <30 fps. I used to run west coast on >60 fps maxing out at 115, but I can't do that anymore. This issue has been going on for three days. My specs are: Intel i7 13th gen, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU and 16 GB ram.

Oh, I forgot one thing, there is a floating texture of a road in industrial area, and I can't remove it.

Check if anything in your laptop is overheating

its a laptop lol just trash for gaming in general over price for crappy performance, make it make sense, if this dude had a desktop with atleast a 4070, 13th gen with atleast 32gb easily play this game in 4k max settings and prob get 70-80fps

my laptop with a rtx 2050 a i5 11th Gen and 32 gb of ram and it runs at 60 on all maps so maybe your laptop over heating

4070 would not be able to play 4k in this game, at least not on ultra settings.

I have a 7800xt, a more powerful gpu. On ultra I get about 60 - 70 fps on wcusa in the city part at 1440p ultrawide. I don't see how a slower gpu would get more fps on a higher resolution.

duno what to tell you man I have 4070s and im getting those frames, also my PC in general is optimized too. there's bunch of useless crap win 10/11 have enable that doesn't need to be there which eats a lot of your performance too.

1. you have a 4070 super, which is far better than the regular 4070. You also did not specify what map you're getting those fps on.
