for me i get around like 45 fps or 35 fps or above on my 3050ti

Probably 80+ on West Coast, likely more on other maps. Around 40 with ~15 simplified AI cars, 15 more in pooling and ~15 parked. NVIDIA RTX 4070 TI SUPER, Intel i5-14600kf and 32GB RAM.

7800x3d with 32GB RAM and 7900XTX in 3440x1440 I'm maxing out my Alienware monitor at 165FPS. Very rare that I get a frame drop. Using the Vulkan renderer.

Some computers don't play nicely with Vulkan. It is highly likely that your computer is one of them.
