latest update broke configs but no mention in patch notes?

anyone else have certain vehicle types no longer working correctly?

example: had a moonhawk drag that i LOVED and suddenly the engine explodes when i touch the gas. then i check other builds with same/similair engine and same issues. on some other cars used to be fine i now instanly get overtorque warning.

i checked the patch notes to see if there was an update on certain engines or value's but i cant find anything. i was still working when the "nine" update happened.. the 1920's car
