crash whenever i select scenario screen

as soon as i browse scenarios the game crashes to desktop i have 0 mods i just bought the game

pc spec

windows 7 64 ultimate
gtx titan black
8 gig g skill ripjaw ram
i7 2600k
velocraptor hdd

custom items

roccat isku fx keyboard
mmo steelseries mouse
xbox 360 controller for pc

all drivers are up to date no problems with any other game and its first launch of game ive verified files also
