It's not the garage it's a gamemode. Basically drive from point A to point B in a random car it gave you. It was nice because there was no time limit or damage limit, so it was pretty chill.
And what I would often do is set the AI to chase me, so it become a fun survival with no limits. I'd go until my car was completely dead, sometimes just barely making it to the finish.
Plus randomizing the car and route made it interesting.
Now it's so linear and restrictive with set cars and routes, they reset my record which is annoying, and the slightest rear end is mission failure and with the AI chasing you it's one hit. It's not fun to see how beat up my car can get before I reach the finish anymore. Plus the stupid time limit. I thought how they had it was so much better, just select the mode and you're all set with never ending deliveries with a randomizer. Really sucks :/
or mess with the games files for those missions maybe?
may aswell play on console with that attitude
