Does this game have manual clutch control start?
As above - I'm curious if this game has stalling etc if you fail to start on a manual vehicle.

Ta!!

as the game being very realistic, yes
I've had that occur with some vehicles regularly, but not sure if all of them do it.
Nice realistic feature.

Shift to N/1st and press "I" to restart engine.
Yes, one of the more realistic games in terms of clutch and engine rpm etc, handling realism is average.

yes it has manual clutch and stalling (you can turn them on/off)
it can also damage your gearbox if you do bad shifts

Cheers fellas! really helpful..... I hope this next question isnt too dumb....
With vr enabled, could I teach my young son the basics of driving? I'm UK based and manual vehicles are the norm here. I do recall getting a car moving was the most frustrating and difficult part of my lessons. Could this game, with a basic sim rig and VR be a good 'introduction' before he's old enough to take actual lessons?
Go easy on me fellas....

You probably could, the only downsides would be it's not in an actual physical car. Yes you can stall the car in-game, but you won't feel the lurch and all of the physical ques of driving a car, like acceleration and the car losing traction.
