Inputs Not working
I was playing beam when my pc crashed hard. After restarting the pc and game, none of my standard inputs would work at all (keyboard+mouse, x360 controller). They are not working at all. I can't even access the pause menu by pressing escape on my keyboard, and I can't look around using the mouse. The only working input I have now is my g27, which is the controller I was using when my pc crashed. I have full control with that, I can accelerate and decelerate, turn, shift gears, and use lights and other things.
I've tried reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, updating windows, and tried streaming is from another pc. When I tried to stream it to a different pc, my main rig would go into the main menu, while the pc streaming it would seem to be stuck in the loading screen. I also noted that there were two instances of beamng.exe in task manager, one under the applications section, and another under background processes. I don't recall seeing this before. I should also add that the game sees the controller, keyboard, and mouse in the "Controls" and the "Hardware" section of the main menu. It also correctly reports button presses, mouse movement, and joystick movement.

Are you trying to use keyboard/X360 controller with the G27 plugged in?
If yes, unplug the G27 and you get back the controls on the other devices.

The g27 was unplugged. Steynak pointed out that the crash corrupted my inputmap files, and I fixed it by copying inputmaps from another pc that had a working copy.
