all the youtubers play with the multiplayer mod and have a lot of fun, i don't see a problem with it? I don't think BeamMP multiplayer or KissMP would steal data from your computer or something like that.

Do you guys understand the difference between Remote Play and 2 systems running the same game in MP? Seems not.

I thought Steam did all the work and devs just had to allow Remote Play Together (I dunno if it's a checkbox or what). It would work sorta like the Steam Link mobile, streaming the screen and audio to a remote machine and sending back inputs (including emulated gamepads).

What's the big deal with logging to their official Steam account and changing the setting for the game? Anything else they would need to do?

yeah making the game theres hundreds of things that matter other than this and if they do release this feature people like you will start crying its not implemented properly and thus wasting more of their time
