pretty sure the t248 is better, but it is also more expensive, and h-shifters for thrustmaster products are a lot more expensive

I have a t248 and love it. I used to use a Fanatec Porche 911 GT3 V2 with CSR Shifter and the Fanatec CSR Elite Pedals. In my opinion the T248 is much better than that and the older Logitech G27 I also have experience with. I even prefer the pedals the T248 came with over the Fanatec CSR Elite pedals. The CSR Elite pedals were pretty much all steel where the T248 pedals are not, however, the feel from the pedals are more fitting for my preference. And again, the T248 wheel itself is much better in my opinion. Edit: ("Much Better", meaning the force feedback feel and even build quality, even though it is plastic.)

The only problem I've had with the T248 is that it isn't supported by everything yet since it's a newer product. You can make it work in games that don't support it, but it can be a hassle if you aren't familiar with that sort of thing.
