Bruckell Moonhawk/Chevrolet Chevelle stalls out.
I've been playing career, bought Moonhawk, and found out that it doesn't want to IDLE. It works roughly on idle, and then stalls. You need to constantly give it some gas so it doesn't stop. And I don't want to stall, and start the engine on every stop, when I pick up cargo.

Bug, or feature? And is it based on reality, or is it wonky programming?

In career mode, you actually have a tutorial explaining car repairs. You can repair the car at the garage too, and buy new parts. I do not know if an engine upgrade to a different engine will fix the issue you are having tho. I never got a car with such high mileage, but it is worth a try.

Or you can grin and bare it until you get enough money and spot a Gavril H15 Vanster in the classifieds, and get it ASAP and sell the old beater. Even a D15 will do if you want to do cargo deliveries.

The H15 Boxlift is the ultimate van really though, however it is not very manoeuverable in my experience. You can still grab one for relatively cheap though.
Again, this "repair" does nothing for the problem I've been talking about.

Yeah, people wanted me to not use capslock? How can I not, when other people miss the things I say?

Freshly bough car, no damage. It stalls.
perhaps a bug then? you'd probably have more luck reaching them their website's forums or social media

but they would've said something about it if it is a feature
Wdym? If you buy a car with 250k miles it's not going to run well, like at all. I'm guessing you have never owned a car IRL.
i had a 93 ford f250 it had about 246k miles and a rod knock but it always fired up never stalled out

Different cars run differently. Also, different cars are being CARED for differently. Someone takes care to change oil and keep engine as fine tuned as they can with their budget, some people just change oil only when absolutely necessary, and not much else.

So, some cars would work fine even when old, some would have choppy engine that runs poorly. But yeah, fine tuning of idle, choke control for engine starts, hell, I would love temperature zones and different zones. How are they called? Some areas are colder, some are deserts, some are forests.

you know on a carburetor its just a screw you turn right?

Solution:
1 go to Parts
2 select the same engine or another as you wish
3 pay big Bucks for New engine
4 Idle problem gone because New ENGINE

Used car and Used engine = sometimes Rough Idle
Used car and New engine = always good Idle but very Expensive.

That's for a carburator buddy, not every car has those. You sometimes need to manually adjust how much throttle is being sent to the engine on idle.
