How to switch cars...?
I swa a lot of things saying to press CTRL+E but when I do it, it won't work. Please help me please thanks.

TAB works for me, to switch between cars.
To change your car, press escape, then find the vehicle picture and click it.

this may sound stupid but you have to have more then 1 car spawned on the map in order to switch I originally thought you could just switch with a button to a new different car!

What? You don't need more then 2 cars to spawn a new one...
