Infinite loading when spawning traffic

Remember when you could spawn like, 10 traffic cars?
Yeah long gone are those days, Now I can't even spawn 4.
The game just infinitely loads.. forever... and I can't close, alt + F4, terminate in taskmanger... nothing.

First thing to try is clearing cache.
If that doesn't work, try disabling spawn traffic on start.
Also, make sure to check amount of traffic cars. If on auto, try switch it to 12 then lowering it until it works.
Also, check to see if it is spawning mod cars for traffic, depending on the mod that can cause serious issues.
I just tested several times and I'm having no issue with 12 cars auto spawning on start on all maps.

I've done a complete re-install with a cleared cache and no mods before and I still can barely handle more then 4-5 traffic cars at a time. Never used to be the case.

Yeah that's weird. Have you tried checking your CPU temps while playing? Your thermal paste on your CPU could be deteriorated or even the CPU cooler might need cleaning out real good.

I have fixed the issue, I just had to clear the cache MULTIPLE times.
But also my CPU cooler could definitely use a clean and probably a re-paste too, so thanks for the reminder
