How do you play?
I mean you specifically, what do you do in this game? How do you play it? I see so many people with really high playing times... but what are you all doing xD

The game in general is a sandbox.
But he also has several things to do, such as police chases, against the clock and other things.
In the menu there is a section that says "Campain" if you click several times it will open its beta mode, and you can try it :GDNormal:

after the initial play of absolutely demolishing vehicles, I come back for rally time trials, offroading/rock climbing with 4x4s, Drifting/Track racing and honestly just overloading trailers and trying to pull that ♥♥♥♥ up winding hills without destroying the engine.

stuff like that and at the core of them all I usually grab a stock vehicle and customise it to my liking. There are lots of different templates per base vehicle to select from too though encase you don't to spend like an hour of trial and error with a config.

Other than that it's mods and new updates that bring me back, or if I don't know what to play I just load up youtube and boot this up and start driving.

There's too much to write to do justice, really. It's a sandbox: do what you want with the content and possibilities provided. Time trials, making your own custom car configurations, modding the game, driving in freeroam, scenarios, setting your own police chases in freeroam... the list could go on if I wanted to be more specific and give more examples in general.

I mainly just customize cars and make car ads for my Youtube channel Oilshock Entertainment https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpb5OA_8DTvOPXecELoa5JQ (shameless plug I know). Anyway, specifically customize cars for Johnson valley, do some rock crawling, police chases, track racing/time trials, but I one thing that I find hilarious, interesting, and satisfying is taking a normal everyday car strapping a trailer to it and try to make it from the settlement to the gas station in Johnson valley while taking the most brutal course possible.

(overloading trailers and trying to pull that **** up winding hills without destroying the engine.) Try using the heaviest trailers for the normal hitch then get a vehicle that's barely passable as an off-road vehicle and pull it along the brutal trails of Johnson valley. If you want more of a challenge use the hay bales and try not lose them while going full throttle the entire time.

I just escape the cops on freeroam or be the cop. Sometimes i play careermode and sometimes i just try cool mods and test crashing of course.

There are no races with AI on tracks. No career ever developed. Some devs made a sandbox with cars that crashed-up real good.

It's that and a "driving simulator." It has as it's selling point a cool damage model soft physics thing going that made this a "game." That was exactly as of this month NINE YEARS AGO.

Oh, and about the driving.... The Beam vehicles are so extreme *um* "sim," beyond ANY driving action found in a car or truck or motorcycle or buggy or quad [than] that any game maker I have ever seen has put into their game design. So Beam vehicles have to be reset constantly. But that doesn't fix them at all. They are quickly falling apart 'realistically.' Way too damn true to real life.

But the damage model is the crux of the game, so...

...Just scramble around and bust the vehicle down until it won't run anymore, or find a suicide and or suicide/homicide "scenario." Career coming soon, they say and say and say and say and say. Nope.

Don't worry, no Beam vehicle has a driver when you suicide or head on crash into AI traffic. Nobody is driving in your vehicle and there are no AI drivers in the opposite lane to get hurt.

It's a sandbox game. What I personally like to do is make goofy configurations of cars in the game and drive around different maps. The game lets you almost fully customize your car. The game also has built in police ai which is fun to outrun. Another thing I lile to do is go offroading, there are different maps which have offroad parts which are fun to explore. The game also has a wip career mode which you can access by spam clicking the career button in the main menu.
