Multiplayer, I've never done that but others who have can advise if it's easy or not.
Download content is really easy, there's a section where you can download lots of mods that people have created. I wouldn't advise downloading from other sites because there could be viruses etc. on them. I have used some from other sites okay but would highly recommend downloading them from the main BeamNG option in the game. :)
I was a bit dubious about buying it because it was much more than I could have got it for years ago, but after reading the reviews, I thought I'd give it a go and I'm so glad I have.
Some maps or mods may slow the game down quite a bit, but that is usually due to complexity of the mod and/or map size.
There's not that many mods I've found that do affect the FPS, but the ones that do, can easily be disabled/uninstalled.
If you do decide to get the game, I would recommend just downloading one or two and try them and if they work okay, then download one or two more.
If you don't like it for whatever reason you can always refund it, but I was enjoying it too much that the 2 hour deadline passed and I've played it for hours and hours at a time.
Hope that helped :D
Very welcome :)
