Career delivery queries

So, I've been playing the campaign for a lil' while now. I'm Level 4 in labourer, but fragile cargo is still locked and it doesn't seem to go up any higher. I'm working on the other ones now so maybe you need Adventurer or Motorsport? (Specialised is maxed). Also I have a truck and flatbed. Is there somewhere I'll unlock that has decent cargo? It cost a fortune to get the truck and trailer, but with the cargo I'm finding around the place it's easier to use my van. There are tanker trailers and ship container trailers, can you deliver those?

ill be honest i have a van and i dont understand how i would need a semi

i have the same problem i tought i would get more special cargo for the semi but the same stuff i have lvl up my labourer but still nothing at this point i just wasted 60k for no benefit just an extra big and hard to drive machine xd
