Lightbar Issue

So basically when I select vanilla lightbar (Police Lightbar: In game name "(Police)lightbar it is not connected to the frame, and just falls off. This does not happen to LED flashers, or other kind of lightbars. Vehicles that has this issue:
- Gavril D
- Gavril Grand Marshal
- ETK K
- Gavril H
- ETK 6000 and 4000
- Sunburst
- SBR4
- Ibushu Pessimas
That's it. Some are working, this bug is annoying, and looking for a fix.

Also there is one more thing,
Ambulance Frame for the H-Series is glitched, some configs when loaded have not possibility to add a ambulance frame, or when there is one, it's gone. There is a fix I use, but it's annoying. I think its something with mods, but I do not really care about the 2nd issue really. I need answers for the 1st badly,

Try safe mode and or without mods.....
