Report a translation problem
It could be an error with the disk drive itself. Right click on the drive in Windows Explorer and choose Properties then under Tools, click the Check button under Error checking and see what that shows.
Hope it's not faulty and something you get it sorted :)
Have you tried moving any mods you have into another folder (say modsbackup) and tried reinstalling it?
May this is a option for you, sometimes it's also just a Steambug, and it'll fix itself after time. Eventhough it's very rare.
First try opening a command prompt with administrator rights then type
sfc /scannow
If it finds anything type
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

There's just been a new fix released today. :)

I had that error when I quit out of the game but after the updates, it stopped happening. They've fixed that as well I think.
