Like the title says, is it possible to put custom pictures on cars?

If you mean on configurations you saved, yes.

1. Go to Userfolder/vehicles
   
2. Open the folder corresponding to the internal name of that vehicle (ie. Ibishu Covet = hatch)
   
3. Place your picture in there, with the same name as your configuration (.PC file) name

Image must be JPG, and you should resize it to something like 500x280

No, i mean on the cars itself. like a wrap on a car in IRL.
