There's a Two-Step feature.
It's available on modern cars (ETK S/K series for example)

To use, go in the Radial Menu, and you will find that under 'Powertrain'

You can also set the target RPM, and toggle it on and off.
You just have to press both brake and accelerator at the same time to engage it.

Launcher control is needed to the turbine came to the boost, but in the game it does not happen, waiting for the fix.

You can build boost with the Two-Step / Launch control feature

Necroing this to say 2-step still doesn't build and maintain boost like real life. The trans brake on drag transmissions works the way 2-step should as well.
