The guy posting it is the mapper of the BeamNG team. He clearly stated it's Italy in the the title. Looking at it, it's obviously Mediterranean environment.

@Nadeox1: It's just playful jokes, man. Don't take it seriously! That said, I really want some Italian traffic AI in game. ;P

Nadeox if you see this can you give a nudge nudge to the map maker LJFHutch to put in some very narrow European roads please. I wanna drive a t series down the narrow streets. By narrow streets I'm referencing the small town, Eastern Europe map http://www.beamng.com/resources/small-town.662/. Also It should be connected to the mainland but the 1 tunnel in and out had a cave in or under reconstruction.
