Water physics improvement test map (Southern California Interstate v7)
Heard some folks mention about how the water isn't realistic enough. So, I've improved the density and viscosity of the water in my map (it doesn't displace or flow around differently), so that when your car interacts with it (some portions of the road are submerged in some spots), it'll have a realistic effect on the car.
e.g. your car will 'boat' over the water at high enough speeds until it loses momentum or the car's nose is less than level or downward-facing, when you'll start to sink.
Try it out with the 88 pessima or another vehicle of choice.

Forum post, with the link, is my 2nd post (bob.blunderton) on this page linked below.
1st post is the pics demonstarting it, 2nd post has the link to the zip file on Mega.

For those that've tried So-Cal already, if you only have version 6, try this one out!

I'd like some feedback on this.

*The Covet's 'custom' trim vehicle may FLOAT at rare times, it's a trade-off currently, otherwise, 95% of the time it's quite realistic, and I should know, I've plowed my cars through a LOT of deep water in real life!

Run game, load map - make sure your running in windowed mode, and once the level is done loading, press f11
choose LIGHTING from the menu bar then select BASIC LIGHTING, it'll take a few seconds to many seconds to refresh all the screen elements, now press F11 to go back out of the editor.
This uses the basic lighting / video mode, and it should work better on your PC if you're video limited and have a half-decent processor for things. It won't help if the cpu is holding you back, though it will if the video board is.
This option doesn't save, so you'll have to do this whenever you run the level, or any super-large/visually demanding level.
