Can you check in Documents/mods if the game is saving some .SVG files in there?
If yes, can you check if the game has any 'launch commands'
(Right-Click BeamNG.Drive in the Steam Library, go to 'Properties', then 'Launch Options')
The launch options should be empty.
Eventually, try to clean reinstall the game.
Here's how to do it correctly:
-Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want, but don't put them back yet!)
-Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder)
-Reinstall BeamNG.
If that is still happening, your antivirus may be causing that (or some other software that is trying to hook on the game) You need to find which.

Deleting those files didn't do anything so I did a full uninstall/reinstall including manually deleting any Beamng.drive files in the "My Documents" folder and in "Progam Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common". Still no luck, the tacho2 isn't displaying.
I'll experiment to see if any programs I'm running are causing the problem.
Edit: Not working in safe mode either.
It's 95% caused by some external program outside BeamNG.Drive, that is trying to hook in the game more likely.
It's not easy to find out which program would be causing this, as it won't result in any log or anything..
Completely uninstalling MacAfee anti virus, disabling Windows Defender and removing a load of other software didn't solve the problem. I don't have this problem with my Windows 8.1 laptop.
It's probably some software that tries to filter browser data (Our UI is seen as a Browser sometimes, just that all the content it load is from your hard-disk)
It was clashing with Adobe SVG Viewer v1.0. This version of Adobe SVG Viewer was packaged up with Adobe Photoshop 6.0.1 which I am still using.
There is a later version of Adobe SVG viewer (3.03) that doesn't seem to conflict with this game.
Conflicting software: Adobe SVG Viewer 1.0
OS: Windows 10 Home & Pro 64bit, Windows 8.1
Uninstalling SVG Viewer 1.0 fixed the hud problems. Ty for the tips on what was causing the problem.
