Well, I'd say a low-power vehicle with ESP, preferably FWD.

The AWS version of the 89' Pessima has awesome handling due to the all-wheel steering mechanism, and an AWD D15 (= the truck you spawn with by default) is a safe choice as well. But the former has no ESP and tends to spin tires due to FWD quite often, while the latter isn't meant for fast driving – on top of only having ABS as driving aids.

The easiest to drive for me is the new Ibishu Pessima.
In terms of the best all-rounder, I disagree. I would say the best all-round car is the Hirochi Sunburst rally, as it has good handling, AWD, and rally suspension.

Well there is no best car but if your talking about jack of all traits then the moonhawk wins because of its ground clearance and it's a little harder to drive than a sun burst or a 1988 pessima but its got the ground clearance to beat both of them in certain situations.

The quote on qutoe best vehicle is the d series off road just because of its amazing off road capability's but wont win a normal race unless its going against a slow car.

The fastest vehicle is the SBR 4 with a prebuilt variant. The sbr4 gose about 195mph (313kph).

Now the best handling car is a dead tied between 2 cars. The ETK k series and the Sunburst.

Now there are 2 cars people call the worst. The Bolide and the pigeon. The pigeon is slow and unstable but can fit in tight spaces while the Bolide is a old supercar with no abs or traction control and the 390 goes about 190mph (305kph).

I think that in a race, the pessima would in against the Gavril D. The gavril has only slightly better handling.

It might be a little late to contribute, but I've found that the Sunburst can offer a lot of traction or stability for the speeds you can reach. It has plenty of power and great control, and even easier if you have TCS and ECS on it.
