If nothing absolutely shows up, this is a very high chance this is not related to the game itself, but something outside not allowing the game to work correctly.
In the latter case I can only suggest to double-check all possible programs like Antivirus, Antimalwares and anything similar. As well double-checking that list provided earlier (and anything that resemble those).
If you can, try in Windows Safe Mode too.
Update your drivers for Video and Audio.
Scan your PC for malware.
Verify your PCs temps.
Scan your hard drive for errors.
Verify the game files in steam.
For more specific help you will need to post logs. Somebody here can tell you how to do that.
Because "MyDocuments" is into OneDrive folder (and i don't know why), so i've added "OneDrive/MyDocuments/BeamNG.drive;" to the path inside the file
